1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Adinexio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Adinexio provides digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, software development, and business consulting services. The specific terms of each service engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Adinexio remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adinexio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
